2. Account Security & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility. Any unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused services. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to our existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our platform for: (a) Spamming or unauthorized bulk messaging; (b) Transmitting harmful software; (c) Any illegal activities. Violation of these policies will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access without refund.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
